Since 2016, ORP has grown tremendously and seeks to build upon our achievements to date by professionalizing our operations and growing our impact in order to advance our mission. To achieve these goals, we search for inspired and committed individuals who wish to join our team. Staff positions tend to be one-year appointments with the hope and availability of extension. Volunteer roles are determined by the needs of specific projects.
